Well just about anything from everyday life forty or more years ago. OLD NEWSPAPERS, PHOTOGRAPHS, HOUSEHOLD & WORK ITEMS, etc.

Those things which have been hiding in your attic or drawers for years. You may not think they are of any interest but we do!

All these items put together will make up 'reminiscence boxes'. These help jog out memories of the past and make it more interesting to young people. They will be stored at the Oaks Team office above the library for loan to residential homes, schools and community groups.

We have had some very generous offers of things and received lots but will be happy to receive, or just borrow, more; If you have any items connected to your childhood and would be prepared to lend them for the exhibitions please ring Rosemary Church on 240885 by end of December.
